After a fifteen year career in wine, our founder hung up her award winning sommelier sneakers for an expanded experience in hospitality technology and partnerships. In 2020, while incorporating a mindful drinking approach to socializing - Liz Mendez took her years of wine education and hospitality - applying it to understanding the rapidly growing world of Zero Proof, with specialized attention to dealcoholized wine and alternatives.
Today, at Aldea we build events and partner with businesses to create more inclusive beverage programs and portfolios. Benefits to including zero proof programming:
